Christine is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience leading global teams across a diverse set of business streams in operations, business development, and program management. She holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University and is an M.B.A. graduate from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Christine is an effective communicator and influencer with incredible drive, positive energy, and an ethical business sense that helps guide her decision making. She has extensive experience developing and successfully executing enterprise-wide and Go-to-Market strategies in an industry that underwent substantial disruption and consolidation.

With a family history of entrepreneurship, taking an enterprise perspective has come naturally to Christine throughout her career. Motivated by the lack of female representation in search funds, opportunity and timing were aligned and she decided to launch ANTEI.

Known throughout her career as an agent of change, Christine had this to say about the transition companies go through during an acquisition:

“I know that change can be a time of uncertainty, but it also brings great opportunity. The loss of control and fear of the unknown during an acquisition can make for an arduous journey. As a result, leaders often encounter ubiquitous resistance along the way, both from employees and customers. While change is essential and healthy, a balance must be found between stabilizing the company, gaining knowledge, preserving and respecting what works, and executing a strategy for growth. Establishing stability and trust early begins with quiet observation, laying the essential foundation for incremental innovation and growth. This is the start, getting it done is the key.”
